Our dad’s favorite Lego was an Old West Sheriff set called Sheriff’s Lock-Up. He said he wished there were more Old West sets when he was a kid.
We decided to make more Western Lego building for him. This build was a lot of fun, and our dad even helped!
Here is our town! There is a sheriff lock-up, saloon, and bank. We put all of the buildings as a main street with a couple of alley ways and a busy road.

Sheriff Lock-up
This is our version of the Sheriff Lock-Up. We found the idea in an old Lego Ideas book to get started.

Saloon
Every old west town needs a saloon for card players and travelers. Our dad helped build the bar and shelf. We built the building, card tables, piano, and the hotel room above.
This part was a lot of fun and the most involved. There are lots of little details to make a really fun scene.

Bank
Every Old West story needs a bank for the outlaws to attempt their big heist. This bank is complete with tellers and a large safe. Be careful with your money!

Busy Street
The hallmark of a bustling western town is a busy street. Look at all of the people, animals, wagons, horses, and even cactus plants.

What’s your favorite part? If you lived in the Old West town, where would you be hanging out? What kind of character would you be?
